Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and its immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Offer is available to all residents of Australia who subscribe to CLEO magazine between 15/08/11 and 23:59 EST 18/09/11. Entry is subject to the correct use of a valid credit card or, if payment is made by cheque, the cheque must be cleared for payment by the close date of the promotion. Subscriptions can be purchased by phone 13 61 16 (8am to 5.30pm EST, Monday to Friday), or online at www.magshop.com.au/CLEO. If the subscription is a gift, only the gift recipient will be eligible to redeem the offer. Gift will be delivered to the delivery address stipulated on the subscription.
4. Promotion commences 15/08/11 and closes 23:59 EST 18/09/11. Every person who subscribes with the September issue of CLEO will receive a Dr. LeWinn’s Puressence Foaming Cleanser 100g and Puressence Eye Gel 15g, valued at $69.90.
5. Each issue will be mailed to each subscriber separately throughout the year. Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for gift fulfillment once promotion has closed.
6. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) sustained in connection with this offer except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. Entry to this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.
10. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion is governed by the Privacy Notice (see Contents Page in CLEO magazine)
