Stephen Corby appointed editor of WHEELS

Stephen Corby has been appointed editor of Australia’s leading motoring brand, Wheels.
He leaves the founding editorship of TopGear Australia magazine to guide Wheels through its next phase of change and development.
Corby joined ACP Magazines in 2008 from The Sunday Telegraph newspaper, having worked in a freelance capacity previously for ACP with Motor and Wheels.
"Stephen has done a stand-out job of launching and developing TopGear," said Ewen Page, Associate Publisher, Specialist Division.
"We believe he will bring to Wheels a freshness and energy that will keep the print edition moving forward as a contemporary motoring authority.
"His experience with multi-platform content delivery – and understanding the differences in audience between platforms – will be invaluable.
"Wheels is a quite different editorial beast, and we’re confident Stephen’s skill set will mesh nicely with the existing Wheels editorial culture."
A new editor of TopGear Australia will be announced in due course.
